Savi Services is an independent, third-party service provider. We help customers activate and set up satellite radio subscriptions at affordable rates.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any satellite radio provider or brand. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

We provide activation, setup, and account management assistance for satellite radio subscriptions. The specific scope depends on the plan you select at checkout.

We aim to complete activation promptly after payment is received and required device/account details are provided by you.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). The amount you enter and authorize at checkout is the amount that will be charged. Applicable taxes, if any, are your responsibility and should be included in the amount you pay.

By checking the consent box and clicking Pay, you authorize this one-time charge for the plan or amount you selected.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before completing your payment.

You agree to provide accurate information (name, email, phone, and any device/account details) needed to deliver the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your device is compatible and that you have the authority to request activation on it.

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first at info@saviservice.net before initiating a bank chargeback, and we will work to resolve it quickly.

For authorized payments where services have been rendered as described, we reserve the right to submit evidence of your consent and service delivery to dispute any unwarranted chargeback.

Services are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savi Services shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
